IFAC PAO Digital Readiness Assessment Tool – Extended Closing Date: 30 April 2021

Published date: April 8, 2021

Following the co-hosted IFAC-CAPA-SAFA-AFA webinar on 7 April 2021, we are pleased to share the recording of the webinar for the benefit of those who were unable to join us: Asia-Pacific Q&A Webinar – IFAC PAO Digital Readiness Assessment Tool [YouTube link]

The digital readiness self-assessment tool (the Tool) has been designed to measure how digitally ‘mature’ an organisation is, or where they already are on their individual digital transformation journey. PAOs will be provided with an individual assessment report while the overall anonymised results will also be reported, and the broader picture will allow IFAC, working in conjunction with cloudThing, to assess the digital readiness of the accountancy profession as a whole and strategise future support.

Further, where there is sufficient data, region-based results may be possible, and this would greatly assist CAPA to assess the position in Asia Pacific and consider future support and/or initiatives. For these reporting purposes, the closing deadline to complete the Tool has been extended to 30 April 2021.

Digital transformation will be critical to the success of the profession and PAOs. CAPA members are therefore encouraged to complete the Tool by this date such that we can receive the broader benefits. PAOs may complete the Tool after this date, however the data will not be included in the broader reporting.

How do you access the Tool?

You will require a unique code link to access the Tool. This was emailed to your organisation’s key contact(s) from IFAC Membership with the subject line, “IFAC PAO Digital Readiness Assessment Tool Launch.” If you cannot locate the email, please contact membership@ifac.org
