CAPA has a permanent Executive Office based in Malaysia.
The Executive Office serves to carry out the policies and directions of the Board, and is proactive in its functions. It is responsible for implementing the strategies approved by the Board and works closely with the various committees in formulating CAPA’s strategies, work program and planning activities.
Headed by Jennifer Lopez as the Chief Executive who reports to the Board. The Executive Office is staffed by employees as follows:

- Marcus Heng – Senior Associate, Communications & Creative Design
- Tan Pei Li – Executive Assistant to Chief Executive, Administrator
